Keep the conversation going about health, safety and wellbeing every day.  Use a regular toolbox or tailgate meeting to discuss relevant issues with your team.  Safe Work Conversations are an opportunity to engage with each other on the safety and wellbeing of what is happening now.  Do them regularly through the week.
